Business intelligence is the grouping of processes and methodological procedures, applications, practices and competencies oriented to the creation and administration of data that allows to improve decision making in a company, based on all the information collected by different means, to substantially improve decision making based on technological tools that support a detailed process of information collection, processing, analysis and subsequent consultation. There are different tools available to apply business intelligence in any organization, which allow to generate reports, which are uploaded to the system with the advantage that this information can be consulted and effective which will be available at all times. Based on the main objective of Business Intelligence, our goal is to investigate and expose more accurately the tools we have today to expose the mechanisms that help organizations in decision making, since in the medium and long term the results will be reflected and these will be the most optimal for the growth and positioning of the organization. From the above, it can be concluded that all areas of the company benefit from the implementation of these tools, since queries are faster, and they can take advantage of Data Mining to enter large amounts of data without wasting time in the query and with the security offered by Cloud Services that their information will be on time and always available.
