Dr. Arguello is an Associate Professor for the Fischler College of Education and School of Criminal Justice since 2008. She holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations, a Master's degree in Business Administration, and a Doctoral degree in Education. She has over 18 years of experience working in different capacities in the higher education setting. She currently serves as an Institutional Review Board representative from her College, as a dissertation committee chair and member, and has published several journal articles and book chapters in the area of academic advising and distance learning.
