This article talks about the Education Program for Work - Trampolim, which is a course that aims to contribute to the inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities and socially vulnerable, increasing their ability to manage their own lives and to relate, favoring its living, income generation and insertion in the workplace. Are discussed here the concept of intellectual disabilities and their main characteristics and the methodology employed by Senac Sao Paulo, institution that created and offer the course, providing lectures, practical activities, film screenings, observation of organizational practice and group work, sensitization and experience reports to generate reflections on the various topics covered throughout the course. After an interview with the program's teachers, the results were reported about the 3-year project in the city of Santos. In the end, are presented, suggestions and criticisms about their family and school relationship, in order to generate better results in the program.
