Research data indicate the success of flipped classroom as a new form of organizing teaching activities by involving ICT tools. However, there are still few educators or institutions using this method, especially in primary and secondary education.We present the conclusions of a design-experiment using educational blogging as a flipped learning method. In accordance with conclusions of other researchers we argue for an institutional-wide approach of using flipped classroom methods for promoting flipped learning.
