The test was applied to 233 students studying different undergraduate business majors, as their first marking period exam of the statistics I in the 2017B school year. The psychometric parameters obtained were the index of difficulty, the discrimination index, point biserial correlation, homogeneity index and the reliability index. The data was processed using Microsoft Excel. The results obtained so far show that we have a group of students with very similar traits. This makes the parameters obtained so far not significant. Therefore, an analysis is sought that can distinguish between the trait of students and the items.
