Presentation abstract
This article aims to analyze the figure of great importance in the Distance Education Process (DE), Professor Tutor and interactivity on views within a virtual environment. For this, we are presented with a brief history of the Distance Education and analyze its main points as a teaching model. From this point we began to analyze the tutor on their core. This construction of knowledge aims to contextualize the reader to the interactivity concepts and tools used by the tutor in the teaching process. For it makes use of field research in higher education institutions that make use of distance education, aiming to recognize the degree of knowledge and use these tools.
