The most precious item of this world is knowledge. History is bluntly speaking that holders of world precious item governs over world and mind remembers it as the golden period of the nations. The main holders and disbursers of the knowledge are teachers and history is evident that by and by the prestige, authority and worldly facilities of teachers had been captured by the administration, business and uniformed professions, the nation started to lose its golden age. Presently, many researches has also been conducted by the American, English and Asian professors and concluded that the nations are achieving high and high development range as they are promoting their teaching profession and granting prestige, authorities and facilities to their teachers. On the basis of above literature review, a module for the highness of teaching profession to get back the governance of the world is developed. The module is comprises from Executive Order to Administrative steps including media campaigns, social reaction, interest of cream of nation, development of think tanks, funds allocation, implementation of projects, social development, intellectual progress and ultimate governance of the world.
