Presentation abstract

Mobile technologies are becoming part of the school environment and implemented in the learning process. Thanks to various projects, these technologies have also been implemented in schools in Slovakia. The impact of this implementation affects teachers. There are higher demands on their expertise and skills. Are teachers ready to work with these technologies? Are they able to use them properly? Are they educated in the use of mobile technologies in teaching? In this article, we would like to present the results of a survey that focused on the opinions of Slovak physics teachers on the implementation of mobile technologies in physics teaching. We will also introduce the concept of physics teaching in Slovakia, projects implementing mobile technologies in teaching in Slovakia and our proposed activities for teaching physics using mobile technologies.
