This project focus on researchers working as advisors of High School students of the Scientific Vocation Program (Provoc) of the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation, located at the campus of Manguinhos, in the city of Rio de Janeiro. We propose to investigate specifically the emotion dimension of advisors of young students, participants in the Scientific Vocation Program (Provoc). We investigate previous three studies revisited use the qualitative / naturalistic methodology, inspired by Anthropology and Sociology, applying the technique of content analysis in interviews with social actors. Our universe of analysis consists of a set of 15 individual, semi-structured interviews. Thus, in the light of feminist theories and sociologists who discuss emotion and work we focus on three projects developed in seven years of research.
