A brain friendly and mindful classroom requires ingredients every teacher should add in their recipes. The recipe is the planning and has its own magic. The way your mom cooks is very different from yours…you can use exactly the same quantities...however, and it will not be the same. This workshop aims at preparing the best recipe. We will look at how this brain friendly and mindful classroom should be to fit your students’ needs and to guarantee happiness …and LEARNING! We will explore the world of mindfulness and activities related. We will also focus on the importance of the kid and teens' brain.  An interesting contribution from educational neuroscience. And the question is: what is educational neuroscience? The collaboration between educators and neuroscientists has taken the form of an emerging discipline known as neuroeducation. This developing field blends the collective specialties of neuroscience, psychology, cognitive science, and education to improve teaching methods and curricula. Understanding how neuroscience can inform education strategies and finding out what teachers want and need to know about the ways students learn are two key drivers behind the neuroeducation initiative. The inclusion of the arts, particularly music, can enhance memory and attention levels, according to recent research. Also, multiple studies investigating the impact of sleep and exercise on young brains indicate the importance of these activities in brain development, function, and health. Integrating this research into classroom practice.
