The text in the Greek papyri from Egypt represents the first building block in which the researcher of this era depends on. From extrapolation of the Greek Papyri texts, the researcher can build a database of his research then begins write his work according to what he already collected. This is the main idea of ​​paper. I will present a group of 5 Greek texts all linked to one issue in different times, so I tried my best to arrange its details in historical order and events, which clearly reflects one of the administrative routines experienced by the Romanian administration in Egypt during that period.   Therefore, this paper deals with the study of the papers of some employees in Egypt during the Roman era, which clearly reflects one of the administrative routines experienced by the Romanian administration in Egypt during that period. These papyri are specific to the issue of the poor state of documents kept in the archives and the position of registrars as well as the position of all categories of officials responsible until the matter came to the Praefectus Aegypti. This issue lasted thirty-five years, started in 89 AD and ended in 124, although its roots date back to 71-72.
