Abstract

Distributed leadership (DL) is a current solution for the management of school, given its democratic, fair and equitable nature. The objective is to determine the appr¬eciation that management teams have regarding ML. Methodologically it is holistic, quantitative, descriptive, the global variable LD and dimensions are analyzed. The data collection instrument was an ad hoc Likert scale. The scientific rigor of the scale met the validity (Cronbach's Alpha 0.86) and reliability (Spearman's Rho Correlation was 0.75). Teamwork was observed among managers, they fostered a democratic distributed culture and delegation of tasks.
